According to the Prosecutor General's Office, the activities of ENEMO represent a threat to the foundations of the constitutional order and security of the Russian Federation.
It is one of the 20 organizations which the Duma Commission for the Investigation of Interference by Foreign States in Russia's Internal Affairs proposed as undesirable because they "imposed certain preferences on the Russian people" on the eve of the Unified Voting Days in September.
