Golos is an association of Russian citizens for independent observation of elections. The organization is engaged in early election observation: monitoring the observance of citizens' electoral rights and the implementation of recommendations, as well as short-term election observation: conducting trainings for observers, creating methodological manuals and a hotline for observers.
