The regional public organization of the Jewish Community Cultural Center of Ryazan region "Hesed-Teshuva" has been operating since 2001. It is engaged in cultural and educational activities and also implements various charitable programs — for example, it helps people with disabilities and elderly people who find themselves in a difficult life situation.
