Journalist Elena Skvortsova is the youngest among the former members of «Team 29» who have been recognized as «foreign agents.» She is 22 years old, she joined the team as a student of the Faculty of Journalism of St. Petersburg State University a year before the project was closed — she was engaged in news and SMM.

Elena Skvortsova associates the inclusion in the register with the fact that her surname was on the website of «Team 29» and the media had previously written about her cooperation with human rights defenders. But Skvortsova gained public fame after she was expelled from St. Petersburg State University because of her participation in the winter protests in support of political prisoners.

She was detained by the police, after which she started having problems at the university. According to Elena, the professors refused to credit her for the internship, despite the published texts, including on the website of «Team 29». Now Elena is challenging her expulsion in court. She also held evenings in support of political prisoners.
