The Panorama Information and Research Center is an independent public organization engaged in research in the field of socio-political sciences. The head of the Center is a well-known political scientist and historian Vladimir Pribylovsky. The main information products of Panorama are reference and analytical publications and databases. These include the hypertext information system Labyrinth and the database of biographies of public figures Prosopograph.
