"Samarskaya Gubernia" provides charitable support for initiatives of citizens and legal entities aimed at solving various social and/or cultural challenges. The foundation supports representatives of different segments of the population: it organized a "youth bank" and a "scholarship competition" for young people and helped a project aimed at improving the quality of life of the elderly — called the "silver age".
