Reason for recognition
Since 2014, events organized by the centre under the guise of enlightening activity have been oriented exclusively at forming a negative image of the Russian Federation, finding a reason for the military, political and informational confrontation with Russia, strengthening sanctions in order to hamper the economical development of our country.
Foreign pseudo-experts invited by the centre that are Russian citizens and are being sponsored from abroad are promoting an idea about economic and constitutional reform that is allegedly necessary in case of the change of power in the Russian Federation.
The organization attempts at creating a negative opinion on Russian citizens and events in Russia that radically differs from real circumstances. It promotes ideas on the necessity to introduce additional sanctions against the Russian Federation and its people, increase comprehensive aid for the Kyiv regime, military included.

Status description
Since 2015, this status can be assigned to foreign and international non-governmental organizations that, in the opinion of the Russian government, pose a threat to the foundations of the constitutional order of the Russian Federation, the defense capability of the country, or state security. Since 2021, this registry also includes those who cooperate with “undesirable organizations.”
